Despatch.

We aim to despatch your order within 3 - 7 working days. It may be a little longer during busy periods. Most orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday to avoid being in transit over a weekend or bank holiday.

Packaging

We take care to package your plant well so it is protected during transit. It will be posted in a cardboard box and the pot will be wrapped in a recyclable bag to keep in the compost and moisture. There will also be a cane inside to protect the plant from moving around.

Delivery Costs

We only delivery currently to mainland UK addresses. The current costs are as follows:

Orders up to £50 -  delivery cost is £8.95

Orders from £50 to £90 - delivery cost is £12.95

Orders from £90 to £140 - delivery cost is £19.95

Orders over £140 - delivery cost is £29.95

Click and Collect (Local Pick up)

Orders can be collected free of charge from the nursery.  Please select Local Pick-up option at the checkout. 

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect – to avoid disappointment please do not come before then.

Local delivery

For a £10 fee we can deliver within a 5 mile radius of the Nursery. Orders over £50 are free. Please call 01208 623175 for any enquiries/orders. We aim to deliver within one week from placing the order.
