Hydrangea arborescens 'Ruby Annabelle'

'Ruby Annabelle' has large round pinky-red flowers. Very cold hardy and can be positioned in full sun (or partial shade) as long as there is adequate moisture to the roots. Can be pruned hard back in early spring. 
With the large flower heads, 'Ruby Annabelle' is best suited to a sheltered position in a border where it can get some support, either by planting in a group or from surrounding plants. Could also be planted in a large container.
